AC Motor Sürücü Arızaları ve Bakım Rehberi: Üretimi Kesintiye Uğratmayın!

Endüstriyel tesislerde enerji verimliliği ve hassas kontrolün anahtarı olan AC motor sürücüleri, yoğun çalışma temposu, toz, nem ve şebeke dalgalanmaları nedeniyle zamanla arıza yapabilir. Bir sürücü arızalandığında sadece motor durmaz; genellikle bu sürücüye bağlı olan PLC ve HMI sistemleri de hata sinyali vererek tüm sistemi kilitler.

Sık Karşılaşılan AC Motor Sürücü Arızaları

  1. Aşırı Akım (Overcurrent) Hataları: Genellikle ani yük artışları veya motor sargılarındaki kısa devrelerden kaynaklanır.
